Discover that a 4'x8' sheet of .030 lexan is roughfully $65 per sheet. Therefore how many bodies would that equal and how would someone custom make a mold?

ummmm yea.... no..... your looking at a few hundred dollars for a mold(needs to be milled) plus equipment for melting the lexan.... id take and make a chassis out of lexan(already done) and just buy the body its like 20$ and trust me its not worth it unless your gonna mass produce bodies... cheaper to just buy them....
