Simple question.. but not that easy for me.
How do you guys line up the body in 0rder to put the wholes in to mount the body properly. Mine are always a little off... whats your trick...????

on the ST bodies, if they were made to fit the GT, they have little dents in there so u know where the hole goes...im talking about a dent the size of "o". helps me out alot.[8D]

theres a company that makes little cones that sit on your body posts to indent the body, take a look on tower hobbies for them.....

put some chalk dust or similar on top of the posts, and then fir the shell to the chassis.
the chalk dust will mark the inside of the shell, and voila you can see where to put the holes
if not chalk dust, then something similar.. lipstick or something works great! just needs a little dab on top of each post, and ya girlfriend wont even notice its been used

I've already put a dab of paint on each post.. that does not work well in my opinion.. i need the link to those parts that you can put on your posts to make the dents.... thanks.. Entity.

take the body when it is clear. Hold it ontop of what your mounting it to.
take a sharpie marker.
mark the spots it needs holes.
if it is already painted the body post mounted spike things seem like a good idea.
