The body was right up against the coupler in that area and was rubbing the paint off, and it was pushing the body out making it not look right.
The area behind the window that is cut out was to make room for the cooling head. It was hitting the body and would not sit right, making the body look distorted.

Go to Autozone and buy a small roll of window tinting. Black is less than $10, colors are less than $15. This is how I tint my windows and it comes out well. A word of caution, do one window at a time and make sure it's dust free.
