What i did was i went down to Home depot and got a piece of plexi glass. IT costs me about 3 dollars for rectangluar sheet about 1 foot by 3 feet. You can spray and test colors and backing colors. When you do that then you can mess with different taping jobs. You might want to invest in an airbrush. So much more stuff that you can do with an air brush that you cant do with cans.

Look online and find pictures. With that plexiglass you can develop different effects and test them before doing it on bodies. When you are done you can soak the plexiglass in ELO and take the paint off and start over again.

I myself am trying to find the perfect combination of paints and colors to get the right look. I am also playing with different types of effects.

Hopefully this helps some

You can cut in half (length wise) a 2 or 3 liter soda bottle and paint the inside also and is FREE!

Make sure you drink all the soda first.

As far as an easy and much quicker way to paint a body. You can get a precut mask like this http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXAGG0&P=7 . I used one on the painting of my last body and it cut the time WAY down and it looks very good.

I brought the same mask. He's the results of my first real paint job.

What do you think?
