running paint

i am doing a checkerboard pattern on my buggy and the paint ran under the masking tape. Is there a way to clean it before i do my next color.

well all you gotta do is make sure that the coats are very light so the paint wont run under the tape. Do a few seperate coats making sure that the paint dries completely. If you do a very light spray each coat then there wont be any bleeding

Patience is the key. Very light coats, one at a time, allowing each to dry, will give you the results you need. I don't think you can remove a portion of the dried paint without sanding it off. You'd have to be VERY careful though. I don't know, maybe just consider starting over again would give you better results.
