I have a Badger model 200. Instead of sucking up the paint through the cup, it blows air out the cup. I been trying to clean thisa thing and i have the same problem. Anyone know how to fix this?

Is this a new brush (never been used) or have you or someone else used this brush before? If it's been used before, it may just need to be cleaned. Also check the jar lid for a small air hole to make sure it's not clogged. Sounds like a blockage.

This is an airbrush I bought back in 1990... lol. I used it about a yr and a half. I cleaned the crap out of this thing and no luck. But....
I called Badger and they said, mail it in. Apperently theyh fix thier airbrushes for FREE? They said sometimes they will call you if you need to buy a part but ussually they just fix it and send it back to you. So I mailed it.
Problem solved.... kinda.

In my Badger 155 manual it says the teflon needle bearing needs to be replaced by the manufacturer. Looks like you did the right (and only) thing you could. I'm also curious as to how the service goes. Hope it all works out. FREE is good!
