the adjusted window lines on the window masks.
<img src=http://img501.imageshack.us/img501/4386/19qm1.jpg>
Jetta/vento shaped headlights with corrado housing. Also a bit thinner to account for the eyelid..
The decals from the audi TT

the TT widebody kit. Also two coats.
<img src=http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i150/remixxelated/1one.jpg>
notice the big cuts to accommodate the longer wheelbase.
And plus, you don’t wna see the older fenders peeking when the wide ones are mounted

<img src=http://img471.imageshack.us/img471/361/1000157eu1.jpg>
Test fitting. yay!

<img src=http://img86.imageshack.us/img86/2282/1000159ae9.jpg>
first peek.
No flash.
I have used servo tape to adhere the kit.

<img src=http://img81.imageshack.us/img81/6961/1000160zv8.jpg>
The wheels I have picked are the Tamiya 2 piece 5 spoke wheels.
The ones on now are 26mm in width.
I do want the 31mm for it isn’t as fat as I thought it would be.
I will order them for sure.

<img src=http://img346.imageshack.us/img346/4055/1000161fp0.jpg>
Some sides fit perfect..
But not all

<img src=http://img95.imageshack.us/img95/3620/1000163aza8.jpg>
I know it seems fat. But it needs a fatter ass.

<img src=http://img137.imageshack.us/img137/1851/1000166lo7.jpg>

<img src=http://img140.imageshack.us/img140/824/1000177fj5.jpg>
The four door window indentations on the lexan seem too prominent. Its annoying the f*** out of me

<img src=http://img147.imageshack.us/img147/5036/1000200dh2.jpg>

<img src=http://img83.imageshack.us/img83/7913/1000201jg0.jpg>

<img src=http://img83.imageshack.us/img83/6625/1000202ud5.jpg>

<img src=http://img83.imageshack.us/img83/7610/1000203af1.jpg>

<img src=http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/442/1000204jq1.jpg>

<img src=http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/4176/1000205nb9.jpg>

<img src=http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/9048/1000206kk7.jpg>

<img src=http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/4166/1000207fh8.jpg>

<img src=http://img318.imageshack.us/img318/3543/1000208oy9.jpg>

<img src=http://img318.imageshack.us/img318/1760/1000146kf9.jpg>

Now for the body:

Here it is with body posts cut. [sigh] haha
Yokomo muffler set.
I didn’t kno how I was gna make use of the mounts it came with
It seemed hard to mount on the rear.
So I went for the side exit exhaust
Glad I went with the option.

Now about the decals
If I had the option I woulda left the body simple and not overdone with decals.
But it was all for a reason.
Disguise the imperfections on my paint
Somehow make the widebody kit joints discreet
Still have some bad kit fitment exposed tho

<img src=http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/1295/1000210af7.jpg>

<img src=http://img86.imageshack.us/img86/7453/1000211el1.jpg>
WARNING!
<img src=http://img346.imageshack.us/img346/8616/1000212uv0.jpg>
Why the black stripe?
Had to cover pre drilled holes and expose only the new ones
<img src=http://img86.imageshack.us/img86/6228/1000213rm0.jpg>
Why 23?
Haha just that I only sourced the extra decals from the 350z race kit body my cousin had..
<img src=http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/9642/1000214rb1.jpg>

Yes it is now an Audi. Don’t complain. Didn’t come with a vw windshield decal. And I like it as an audi. VW in grown up clothes.
<img src=http://img111.imageshack.us/img111/9838/1000215zk5.jpg>

<img src=http://img111.imageshack.us/img111/2954/1000216sh7.jpg>

<img src=http://img291.imageshack.us/img291/8336/1000217ef3.jpg>
Still not fat enough.
Wider versions soon to come.
<img src=http://img111.imageshack.us/img111/5030/1000218fv2.jpg>

<img src=http://img150.imageshack.us/img150/227/1000219hs6.jpg>

Geez, that was a ton of work. You can send 3 easy payment's of $99.99 to..

J/K..

Btw.. :Gasp:, That's a Tamiya car i can't gripe about! Looking nice. And i love how you took a 1:1 scale car, and tried to make a 1:10th version of it. Ill be doing the same when i find a lancer evo body in 190mm.
