is it true that creativity is limited...but are the finished body more durable and resistance in paint terms?...are you get easily peel off from an finished body?...mine is like boombproof, and I see a lot of peel off from the home made paint work...what is your sugestion about?

RE: Finished body vs. home paint
The only prefinished body I have had came with my wheelyking and has taken alot of abuse and not a single chip or crack in the paint. I have painted at least a dozen different bodies and they all have cracked or chipped after a few months of heavy use.

paint them yourself, you are then more reluctant to wreck them, and you get a big sense of achievement.

There's a special paint/spray that they use at the local shop and when they finish the painting they spray it on. I don't remember its name or what's exactly that thing but I think it prevents colour cracks.

I paint my own bodies too. Since I'm a casual RC racer I don't really get to damage the body shells. I would use a cheap painted body if I want to bash my RC
