I have an idea, i cut out random camo patterns, stick em on, spray one colour, take off half the patterns, spray nexy colour, take of rest and spray.

Will this work? i think it might bleed a bit.. ?

simple, brush or spray it on the body. let it dry, or speed dry it using a hairdrier. do 3-4 coats. once completely dry, cut your design using yer exacto/scalpel.

So then you peel away a cut part, spray, peel away the next section for new colour, etc?

you want to do spots of you're darker colors all over the body, then back the whole thing with your lightest color. The opposite of painting a regular thing camo. Painting sumthing regularly you'd spray your lightest color first then spot of your darkest...

yea, as long as you use opaque paint you could do the paint, peel, paint, peel method.

lol, the windows were definitely an after thought.

that link has me inspired to do another camo paint, but I can't decide on a few things.

my options are Axial Betty, Pro-Line Helios, I even a Hemicuda (lol).

then what camo to use.. Desert, Blue (already been done),Arctic (already been done), Fall camo (this could be bad *censored*),or Woodland (also badass, lol).

I already have the Helios windows blacked out, so I don't think desert will really work on that one.. Betty would look pretty sick with Fall camo, and I think the Helios in Woodland, but I can't make up my mind..

Any suggestions?

I've almost finished drawing the camo pattern on the outside of the Helios body.

I tried making the same pattern as the 1st Lamborghini in the link from webdr. The pattern matches the body very well, but I'm thinking Woodland instead of Arctic. I can't really do desert since the windows are already black.

I might still put a camo on the Betty as well.

I decided to take some pictures along the way, for those of you who are interested.

Doing the paint today, if I can ever decide on color. Right now I think Arctic or Desert would be sweet for the pattern. I really wanted woodland but I'm not sure it would be right.. Does anyone have any ideas?

@ TIGER ty

it's funny you mention that, the first pattern I ever did was on my buddies baja. It was kind of the same as the pic SnowTau posted in the beginning. I just found some pics the other day.

Here's my buddies Baja body

Here's the way I did them back in the day lol

Here it is finished

Here's a pic of the finished Warthog / Helios camo body

and unmasked

Here's the recently done Betty (patience for camo wore thin on this one lol).

The black was a nightmare CHECK YOUR PAINT MIXTURE BEFORE DOING A WHOLE COAT

and unmasked

Wow, I feel like i should've started my own thread after all that..
