Default new to painting! do i paint the inside or outside?

im getting bored of my rc body so ima buy a new body. wat kind of paint do i need to get and what are some painting methods?

You paint the inside, there is a protective film that covers the outside from over-spray. Also you will want to trim the body and mark the body point spots before you paint. You will want to wash and dry the inside of the body to remove any excess oils. When painting you want to spray light coats and let it dry and then repeat the process.
