carbon fiber help

could soemone please tell me stepby step on how to paint carbon fiber
im new to painting so please go easy

I haven't done carbon fibre myself but I've used this guide for another type of paint job and they give the same instructions as others I have read. Hopefully it'll help you (carbon fibre it about two thirds down)
