ive wasted 3 cans practicing and trying to get a fade from red to orange to yellow

so friggen hard is there any tricks to getting it right? i even made my own stencil where there were holes going from large to really small and it turned out ok BUT it wasnt a fade lol

Doing a fade with cans is very difficult. That is one of the main benefits of a airbrush over a can, much more controlled with the air pressure. My best suggestion to you with using a can is put it in warm (not hot) water and heat the can up a bit. This will give a much finer spray. Hopefully that will help a bit.

if you want to use a can you could try and take a rag and lay it downand fold it in hlaf while holding up the half you folded over. the spray will go under the towel and creat a fade if its done right
