How to cut out wheel wells
Hey I was just wondering how to cut out wheel wells, do you guys use curved scissors, or an xacto knife or what?

If you have pneumatic tools, a die grinder and flapwheel work best. If not, a section of broom stick or paper towell roll covered in sandpaper does a fine job at nice curves.

All of those tools will help and make it easier but, you could just use a exato knife. Just go over it a couple of times with the kinfe and then bend it and the lexan will break right off. Use sandpaper to smooth edges. But like i said it will be eaiser to just get the scissors made to do the job.

I like to use a circle cutter like Olfa. Score the arc you want to cut, then tear it off. Gives a perfect arc every time!

Rough cut with scissors, finish with Dremel and sanding drum for me.
