Hey I was just wondering how to cut out wheel wells, do you guys use curved scissors, or an xacto knife or what?
Thanks

I use the curved scissors that they sell. They work great.

Just use [link=http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXEVT3&P=ML]these[/link] on the whole body. You can cut straight with them also.

If you have pneumatic tools, a die grinder and flapwheel work best. If not, a section of broom stick or paper towell roll covered in sandpaper does a fine job at nice curves.

All of those tools will help and make it easier but, you could just use a exato knife. Just go over it a couple of times with the kinfe and then bend it and the lexan will break right off. Use sandpaper to smooth edges. But like i said it will be eaiser to just get the scissors made to do the job.

I like to use a circle cutter like Olfa. Score the arc you want to cut, then tear it off. Gives a perfect arc every time!
