I hope somebody helps, I am in the same boat.

I have tried using nail polish remover with a very mild wet and dry sandpaper, like 2400 grit. It takes forever and the results are only mediocre. It's also hard to get in the seams. I have heard that acetone will do it, not sure where to get it or how dangerous it is.

Regardless of what you may be told, there is no fool proof method of removing paint off a clear polycarbonate (lexan) body. The problem is that any chemical strong enough to remove the paint is going to affect the plastic. Find another source and buy another body.

You can always try brake fluid, or the other methods that supposedly work, if you're getting a new body anyway or just keep the current one for bashing.

EZ OFFoven cleaner HD. Spray it on on let it soak in repeat untill it's all comes off. works on all body types. Break fluid is BAD. It leaves a film on and can ruin the new paint job.http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/js/f...eeth_smile.gif
