Hi Najary
Nice report
I will be watching yours next steps.
How do you want to do a finish of surface?
Are you going to using tissue, covering film or thin glass cloth with resin?
Anyway please check the weight of wings before and after of course ( as you always have done ))
Best Regards from Poland/UK Najary )

I'm not sure I caught the steps you took on the trailing edges - is it just a thin layer of balsa, and a more robust piece was used to support during gluing?

You right, is it 1.5 mm balsa, and a more robust piece was used to support during gluing.

The trick is to saturate the foam with large quantity off CA, about 1CC, together with the gluing of the plywood. that make the foam in this area like stiff block that harden the control surface and prevents flutter.
After I screw the bolts I unscrew them drip little CA in the screwing.

Hi
Can you explain what you are doing with the wingtube?
I see it cut down in three parts?
Thanks

This is not the wingtube, it is the wingtube sleeve.

The wing incident adjusters (13.6 grams) will be remove after some flights, when I will be satisfy with the wings incident.
I will be able to reinstall the wing incident adjusters any time I want.
I use this method in my Osmose and my Xigris, and it works great.
Best regards,
Isaac Najary
