For the back fixation you are right it's serious ! but I've make this with carbon and balsa also it's not very heavy but it's strong.
I post other pictures for the wings nuts and carbon tube in the wings later because I havent my Xareltoo with me today, I take pictures this week end.

Can you tell me what the red material you use as a cushion for the canopy is called? Where do you buy it?
PL Prod used similar material on their airplanes, and I cannot find it anywhere. The closest I can find is 1.2mm thick and is much thicker than this tape you are using. Please help!

Looks nice, but the wings are too close together...It will never get off the ground.
My Xereltoo is about ready for paint and wrinkle coat, so there will be one more in the air soon (or not because the wings are too close together).
