Shenandoah Pattern Classic . Valley R/C Flying Club would like to invite all pattern pilot's to the beautiful Shenandouh Valley. This is a great area to vist ,there's a hotel on site so your wife or significant other can enjoy sometime at the field and a short walk to the POOL. This is our third year hosting the contest and we always have a great turn out, last year we had 30 pilots. Visit our culb site for more information www.vrcfc.org .
The field will be open for practice on Friday june 6th.
DATE JUNE 7-8

Wanted to bump this back up. This contest is next weekend and is a great time. Beautiful field and if you stay at the Village Inn, the field is within walking distance. JR runs a top notch contest and really looking forward to it. Hope to see a lot of new faces this year!

I've got this contest in my schedule and at least 1 other D4 pilot will be heading down. Rumor has it the turnout will be good. I was there a year or two ago and it was a fun contest.

Great contest JR and also thanks also goes to the club also for the great home-made food for lunch, hospitality expressed to all who attended, and Nick Burhans scoring. We got to do some scenic driving on the way back.

I would like to THANK all the pilots that came out to the contest.Their support in the judging and keeping the flight line going. Without your help I would been in truoble. The weather what can we say about we hit it right.
the results were tight in a couple of classes going down to the last round, with the plaing changing a couple of time too.
