Thunderbolt plans and laser cut parts will be available. I am in the process of making edits based on lessons learned from building the prototype. I will post the construction log here when everything is ready.

Designed for e-power, but can be modified. I know his Lightning design was modified for both glow and gas. Much easier when you are building a kit.

It seems as though Alex and I are in the same boat. I am trying to make a career change, so development of the Thunderbolt kit is on hold. The airplane is still flying great. I have been flying P and F-19 with it since last summer and the only limitation is me. I hope to get back to the project soon.

Unfortunately not much happening currently on the Thunderbolt. I am getting a little flying in. Hopefully I can get my new career started soon and get back to it.

Thank you Laurent. I am happy with how it turned out. It has been a nice, true flying airplane.

Any specs available on the Thunderbolt? Very nice clean design, and as you say, simple design. Any further in flight testing?

Unfortunately I haven’t made any progress on getting the Thunderbolt plans finalized for distribution. I have been flying the prototype for two years and still enjoy it. Since the 2018 NATs, I have been flying FAI with the Thunderbolt. The airplane works much better than I do on these sequences. I haven’t been flying much lately, but hope I can back to it soon.
