I thought anhedral stabs were fix to account for the stab being too high. The difference between the location of the root and the location of the tip created a center of pressure to cause the desired flight characteristics. If you're putting an anhedral stab in the same place as a flat stab, then your center of pressure is too low versus where it should be.

THAT is only part of the equation.
And no they are not the same place, the center of pressure was very very close. look closely at the root location on the pic vs straight in another one. it took some unique engineering to figure that one out, but the end difference was about 1/4"....if that was all there was to it, you could just drop the stab and away you go! Not like there's not a ton of room for it.

hahaha, the possibilities are endless.
I am hopefully going to figure out the cooling setup this evening, may have to get some high dollar beer to figure it out but we shall see.

I was one of the lucky ones that got some time on the Pentathalon last weekend and I was very impressed. The airplane tracks very well upright and inverted, and of course, has plenty of rudder authority. One of the strongest points of the airplane during my 3 plus minutes of time was how crisp all of the rolls stopped. I was snaping and rolling without out an over-roll right off of the bat. I would have liked to have had the time to go through the entire pattern, but the intial impression was very good. If you look at the results from Temple, you will see that Mark flew it to second place in his first Master's contest. Way to go Mark!
