Default CPLR & Oxai

Hi guys

Its great to see oxai have finally released a new purebreed style of competition pattern plane in the amythest, it is truely a breath of fresh air, im sure its a sensational flyer.

I have been hearing since the worlds that CPLR has joined forces with oxai, can anyone confirm this is the case, maybe even leak some model info..lol. given the next worlds are approaching im sure oxai will want to have a model lined up for christophe, which really is a matter months away.

Cmon guys spill the beans, its gonna happen eventually..

Good question . .

I haven't heard anything about CPLR and OXAI . . although I have seen OXAI's "glad cooperation with Sebastiano Silvestri" (refer to the "latest news" section on their website).

Will Seba's NEW plane be a Monoplane or a Biplane . . . interesting.

It seems OXAI has gone Biplane CRAZY at the moment, and CPLR has done everything with a Monoplane, so it's possible the AXIOME will be a Biplane. The questions are:- Do they fly better? Do they "present" better? Are they better for F-09? Is it about creating fashion?

Anyway . . they sure look kinda neat

Hi,

CPLR has not done everything with a Monoplane, I would like to remind you his bipeplane made by ZN Line under the name Suxess.

I had a dream last night and saw CPLR's new plane, it had a very very big T-Canaliser but it wasn't a bipe it looked like an American AWACS aircraft...let's see...[)]

On the f3aLorenz web site wee can see the new oxai project like the bipe for Silvestri and a monoplane for W&R Matt But last week there was another plane with the name Axiome for CPLR but now it's rename as Inspec.....
So I have no other information about the new Plane. For the moment CPLR fly always with the Osmose.....
Wait and see...

According to hobbynet in japan www.hobbynet-jp.com the Inspec is a replacement for the Infinity / Impression design. Not sure if it is CPLR's design?
It would go some way to explain why OXAI in Australia are selling the impression at cheaper prices.

Does anyone one know if the Zeque u/c can be purchased from oxai in plain colour ie. white / Red? the inspec would benefit from this undercarriage astheticlly and more side area for knife edge .

The Zeque gear can be purchased . . contact RC the Australian Oxai Agent.

IMO don't choose aesthetics over function. I personally know of people fitting this gear to other planes (including other Oxai planes) and it has affected the planes adversly (particularly with pitching). These "winglets / fairings" need to be added to a design to compliment the flying charecteristics . . . much like a canalizer. Fit them without knowing what is trying to be acheived is "flying blind"
