My hats off to Victor, Marcio, and the rest of the crew for a great contest! What a great turn out. Getting to meet and re-acquaint with the D3 guys was fantastic. Even with my slightly firm landing, I had a great time. I didn't get many pictures, but here are mine:

Looks like a great contest! I wish I could have made it, but the move back to south Florida made it impossible this year.

The wind devils played with us all weekend...there was quite a few interesting landings as the field is enclosed by threes

Dang it Neil, now you've made me hungry again.

Those were some great ribs, and I don't like ribs.

Thanks Victor, I had a great time at your contest and will definitely be there again! The ribs were great as always. It was nice to see such a huge D2 turnout and I enjoyed meeting you guys.

Emory.

So on Friday 13th of Maymy GPS gave me a wrong turn in downtown Covington and ended up in "Elm Street" of all places...we finally made it to the field and when I opened the trailer this is what I found: my Passport was damaged ! :( I was still able to fly in the contest...needless to say my GPS met the deadly blow of a 10 lbs sledge hammer when we got home....
