Geez, I thought the weight limit referred to obese legislators... or is it just the national budget that's over the limit

Which plane is heavy? I thought every modern plane is as fit as its pilot.

Thanks for the update and its good to know that "things are moving in the right direction", but as usual the info is all about process not substance. Where is the language in the bill that pertains to model aricraft ?

It is in the actual bill. This was part of that push the AMA had with the EAA last year to get it included. There is more info on the AMA site.

this is definetly positive stuff Arch. I know most all of us did our part as members and its good to see some results. This is also moving alotquicker thanI was lead to believe.I am assuming Obama didnt see this issue or he would have vetoed any deregulation.Oops did I just say that????
