I added a second plane #2 and it brought all the settings over from plane #1, how do you start from scratch when you added another plane in to the memory.

Did you set up plane #2 using the 'New' function, or did you copy plane #1?

If you use the 'new' function, you have to select the type model (aero, glider, heli) and then pick the configuration (how many servos for ail, elev and rudder) and all configuration settings are default values.
