CA Pass-Port Stab Hardware

2 Attachment(s)
All,

I have an older Pass-Port that is in need of some stabilizer hardware. The front anti-rotation rod (approx. 1/8" diameter) is made up of a black composite material that is now splintered (crushed from excessive tighting of set screws) and not holding up so well. Additionally, the CF stab tube has been drilled into a few times and could be replaced as well.

My question is whether the Gator Stab kit would be the right dimensions as a direct replacement for those 2 items. I feel the metal front rod would be much more robust and last forever, assuming it will fit the existing fuse hole. I hope the CF stab tube is the same diameter as the existing tube as well. Before I purchase the Stab Kit, I was hoping someone out there knows if they would fit.

Thanks,
Kevin

Just use K/S 1/8in alum rod to replace the carbon. The rear stab tube should be fine....
I always throw the carbon rod away and go with the Alum.

If the Gator stab tube is smaller in diameter, then you can use packaging tape to make it fit. I use the clear tape.
