2 Meter Viper question
 

Evening all,

I've aquired a 2m Viper that was never completed, came as an ARC from Dennis Hunt. There are some issues with the wing sheeting de-laminating from the foam and I don't feel like this can be repaired well enough to make the wings safe. Does anyone have a set of wings for this plane or know if Dennis is still in business? He was getting up in years last time I saw him and may have retired. I'd like to get a set of wings if anyone has some laying around or a set of foam cores I can finish myself. Thanks.

I f you can't get a set of wing cores, try to make yourself or at least the root and tip emplates along with a fre hand sketch of the wing.
You easily make the root templat by copying the root shape and deducting the I believe is the 1/16' or 3/32" wing sheeting thickness. The tip is a bit more complicated as you may have to cut off the wing tip to expose the tip rrot and make the tip template. Once this is done send copies to "Wing Mfg and have cores cut out.
Or go to someone who can cut you cores.
