Daddy Rabbit questions..........

All this SPA talk has got me interested in the Daddy Rabbit as a winter project. For those who know something about it, please tell me:

1) What does it do significantly better than a Super Kaos?

2) I've seen references to versions I-IX. How do they differ?

3) All the references I've seen are to foam wing construction. Is there a balsa wing version?

4) Anyone have some plans for sale? or will make copy with generous reimbursement?

5) What is the airfoil? Thinner than Kaos?

6) Is there a three-view anywhere on the net?

With its big wing it looks like it would be a great flyer here at 7200' elevation with a taller gear, big prop and a Saito 100 up front.

Thanks for your help.

I recently aquired a kit from http://members.aol.com/zimprod/zimpro.htm complete with plans.

This is a short kit and I chose the wing tube option. As far as flying I think it flies a little smoother than the Kaos and lands a little better with a different airfoil (thinner).

RE: Daddy Rabbit questions..........

Good Evening,

You can email Dennis Hunt of Zimpro at [email protected] He has a short version and a built up ready for covering and the woodworking is very good. I have test flown a rabbit once and liked it so much that I bought it. Dennis has different options available for the DR.
