Building techniques of pattern flyers

All,

I have picked up a few construction tricks / techniques of the pattern guys I knew but I am looking for a resource of the the various building techniques and tricks used by pattern flyers.

Can someone direct me to a web site or book(s), etc.

Cheers,

GB

A guy posted in a while back thread that "It is argued that pattern flying is the hardest technique of flying" And it's true. Most people learn their own stunts by practicing. It's hard to explain in words how to pattern fly without hands-on training. But you can find some tips here at http://www.cox-internet.com/donramsey/HelloPage.htm

Goodluck:)

There are a number of good sites for this information. Check the links on the NSRCA website. Join the NSRCA mail list for on line help and suggestions. There are several threads with good info too including this one:

See also Mike Hester's thread on the Tempest.

If you can find one, the book "Building a Pattern Plane" is an excellent resource.
