Patern manuevers

I'm a beginer and am looking for sites that have drawings or videos of manuevers such as cobras , humpty bumptys,sharks tooth ect.

Although there are no drawings, this link gives the sequences and a good description of most of the maneuvers. Check the site home page too.

For AMA Pattern in the US. Check out the NSRCA website for sequences AND Rick Wallace's of NSRCA D1 has just posted drawing in PDF format.

There is a great video somewhere here on RCU with a guy flying a complete sequence. It is a good one, but was posted about 6 months ago. I would like to know the link if anyone finds it.
