If I remember correctly it is just a few km off the Buenos Aires "Ezeiza" international airport. I saw it from a distance during my last trip to Argentina.

I went there a few times, its a very nice club, easily the best set up I've ever seen. Plus you get to see 747's, 777's, MD-11's etc take off not too far away. The club is between the runways (sort of) of the airport.

The club "Aermodelistas Newbery" has two airfields not more than 20´from the down town, 350 members 25 years of flying life, Marcelo Colombo and Quique Zomenzini are member too.

I visited the "Club Aermodelistas Newbery" and it has a fabulous facility. I have seen flying fields in Europe, Latin America, and the far East. I can tell you that this field and the facilities rank among the best the WORLD. But more importantly the Argentineans are proud competent people that will do a great job organizing and conducting this event. And I know that those that attend as participants or spectators will enjoy the hospitality and friendship of the organizers.
I have a suggestion, if the club has an aerial photo of the field and facilities they should include it in the web site. And the FAA should have a link from their website to the club site.
