OS .56 or .81 for this model?

1 Attachment(s)
Hi,

I'm thinking of ordering a TM Shadow-3A-63 and i'm trying to decide which motor to get for it.

My prefered brand is OS with Satio 2nd and YS a distant 3rd (mainly due to price).

The specs for the model are

Span: 1420mm (56 in)
Length: 1490mm (58.6 in)
Wing Area: 43.2 sq. dm (669 sq. in)
Flying Weight: 1900gm (67 oz)
Engine: .45 to .52 two stroke, .52 to .63 four stroke

I was thinking the OS .56A would probably be just ok and the .81 would be great, if not a little heavy. The other option would be the .55AX 2-stroke.

Any thoughts

Hi,

I don't have TM Shadow, but i have a model like this. Judging from my experience, OS56 and 55 may be a little not enough. OS 81 is superabundant. The best choice is Ys63, the second is OS 70, I think.

Saito 82, but it is VERY thirsty.
I have one in a little Kyosho Oxalys.

Is that a 2 or 4-stroke ASP .52?
