Hobbynet order problem
 

Hello I open a new post because I have a little proble with Hobbynet-JP. Indeed I have order some f3A parts with the order n°634725265 the 06/05/2008.. I have paid by paypal the same day and since I haven't any news. I have tried to send several mail but no one have an enswer. [:o] [:o] [:o] [:o] [:o] [:o] [:o] [:o] [:o] [:o] [:o]
Does anyone ever had trouble woth order from hobbynet?
When you send an email do you have an answer?

I have just receive an email from hobbynet.
They are out of stock.....
I will wait to the end of june to see if they receive the part or not.
Friday 13 is a lucky day so I hope to have my part for this summer...... :D

Most Japanese hobby shops does not like to do business with foreign countries.

Whenever I need parts from them, I have to trouible my japanese friends to place a local order. In turn, have him send the parts to me.

I will wait to the end of june and I will see if they arrive to have a stock.
If they can't send it I will cancel my order and buy the parts to another shop...

I live in Norway and have ordered from Ishiimokei in Japan several times. They provide excellent service. They will probably do business with French a Americans too.

A couple of years ago I had trouble with Hobbynet as well... it took about 3 months from the time I put the order in and paid with Paypal to actually receiving the mechandise. Many emails went unanswered from them - I even filed a complaint with Paypal. Perhaps that spurred them to actually complete the order and ship it.

I have ordered from Hobby-net and never had any problem. That said, my last order from them was in 2001; so it has been a while!

Hello Good news after long week of waiting my part I have receive it this morning.
