RE: Azurit
Hi
From what i have seen, it's quite good. Bernard Schaden of Switzerland flew one when i attended the Ratisbona Aerocup earlier this year (http://www.ratisbona-acro-cup.de/200...dex_e_2008.php). The wings and tail-surfaces are the same as on the Beryll, the fuselage is reshaped to a more 'normal' look. It's a very clean straight forward design. The construction is all composite, personally I would have prefered foam-core wings but... BTW ailerons and elevators are mid-hinged, not the top-hinged sh... that is common on composit wings. |
RE: Azurit
Hi
I received my shipment of planes from Oxai yesterday and it includes Inspec and Azurite planes. Less than two months from date of order. I am building one of each for myself and will post some comparisons and building pictures from this week-end. I flew both versions of the Beryll and will give some comparitive detail. As always the Oxai quality is impecable and worth every penny. Regards Burt Oxai Agent South Africa |
