RE: LEO CONTROL THROWS SETTINGS

Which surface?

I start at 12 degrees for aileron and elevator on low rates so I know I can switch to high rates if it isn't enough. Rudder I usually set to all I can get on high rates and cut my low rates to 70%. As you fly it you will settle in on throws that you like.

What does the manual say as a starting point?

Okay that sounds like a good starting place for the ailerons
what is a good number for the elevator or should I use the same starting number
the drawing does not show any numbers for movement of the control surfaces
there is no manual with this plane

Thanks

Yep 12 for both. Once you get it flyable go to the NSRCA site and down load a trimming chart so you can get it dialed in.
