Tru Turn adapter for YS 140s
 

I have a question to ask regarding the Tru-Turn adapter.

814A is the one that fits on 63, 91, 120s.

831A is what the Tru-Turn recommends for YS 140s.

Thing is that the 814A does fit the 140s if used with spinner and prop that is thick enough at the hub.

All the YS 4-stroke 63 and larger have the same shaft size 8.0 mm x 1.0mm.

If you look at the 813A, it looks to require used to bore the prop to fit the inside nut because of the larger OD of the nut. Probably around 11mm. This adapter also looks like it can not be used with small spinner. 2.5" or smaller? I used TT 2.5" standard 120 cut.

What do you people use with 140s?

I have an 813 unused in the package for the same reason.I'm using the 814 with the FAI spinner on my 140.Maybe someone can shed some light on this.

  All YS engines (4 stroke) use the same adapter, I have all models but the 140 though. Use the long shaft adapter.</p>
