RAMS Pattern Classic (Crowley, LA)

Wow!!!! Is it that time already??? The pattern season will soon be upon us and our club is looking forward
to having our friends flying with us again. The contest dates are May 16th and 17th.
Two things I need you to know about this years contest.
The local horse club will be having their trail ride the same weekend as our contest. You will need
to make your hotel reservations now before they book up. Also, I will not be having the Friday night
dinner at my house this year[:o] my daughters high school graduation is Friday night. I will make it
up to everyone on Saturday night. I promise that the crawfish will be better than ever:)
Please check out our website for hotel infomation www.ramsrcclub.com

Thank You and Fly Safe,
Jon Martin

Darn, I have prom that night. I also can't go to the Jetero contest in June. It's the same day as my high school graduation.

Jon,

Looking forward to it. I'll be there. Camping at the field isn't a problem, correct?

I have stayed at the field the last couple of years in a pop-up trailer, no problem. Others have tented there also. Unless there's been a change to the policy, it shouldn't be a problem. No utilities on site except the porta-john though.

Well crap. Finals are 13-16 and 18-19 of May for me. Maybe if I don't have any finals on the 18th/19th I'll be able to make it there...

Dean, I have already told you that you do not have to stay in that tent anymore:). If I am there we will be in the 38 foot 5th wheel we have, there is room for you in there if you would like. ;) (Free of Charge)not to mention a hangar to put your airplane in. :)
You can bring your tent just in case if you would like...
