RE: model stands..
It's a tough one to find. Mark Leseberg had one at the Nats this year that I was admiring. His was stamped with K&S models, but searching on that was rather fruitless. I also found it under "Impulse".
Here's a link to the manufacturer (I think) and it's clearly the same stand, but find a place to actually purchase it has been challenging. We need someone to reverse engineer it and start making them here! http://shdx-model.bossgoo.com/group-...nd-451766.html |
RE: model stands..
Adrian Wong uses one here in NorCal. He purchased it in Japan I think. Perhaps he will chime in here and tell us where he got it. Adrian is returning from the World Championships so it might be a couple days before he replies.

RE: model stands..
The Stand that Mark, was using is from K&S model, it ok. The one you want, is the same one's that Team Japan used at the world championships
they are not cheap, I have a friend that order, them from Japan, the cost is around $600.00 dollar per stand |
RE: model stands..
They do not look very hard to make.

After a couple of months I've come up with a good stand design. I took it to a local contest and got a very good response to them so I decided to make a few more and offer them to you guys here at RCU. If anyone is interested check out my site at:

RE: model stands..
I just tried the link and it seems to be pretty slow but does load. For some reason it brings up a blank page for a minute then my page loads. If you're still having problems send me a pm and I'll get you the info you're looking for. thanks for the heads up!
