Receiver sensitivity
In the latest Model Aviation magazine that I received today; in Greg Gimlicks Electric column, the receiver sensitivity of the Weatronics 2.4GHZ system is given as -84dbm. That seems low.
I have been led to believe the SS systems sensitivity as about -100dbm. At least one of the Chinese systems claim that.
Any one care to comment?

RE: Receiver sensitivity
The specifications listed in the article are very confusing. In the list of receiver specifications some are repeated for no apparent reason (dual receiver circuit?). The receiver sensitivity is one of those listed twice (-84 dB in one and -100 dBm in the other)? I would be curious why there are two different values.
I agree...-84 dBm does seem low.

RE: Receiver sensitivity
It should be enough for indoor use or park flyer.
The Weatronic full range systems have got -100dBm. Jeti for example claims -106dBm.
