Need some help with Duel Aileron hook-up
Heres my question:
I putting a radio in a Giant Sudokhoi. There are 4 aileron servos, two per wing. Should I Y harness the 2 outside servos together, and the 2 inside servos together, and then run them to seperate channels. I have also heard of something JR radios have called a matchbox, to keep the servos with the same amount of throw to keep them from over working the battery..
I'm useing a futaba 9C and 8ch rec, Hitec 475HB's servo. Does Futaba make something like this match box?
thanks ...GATOR

Gator,
Futaba sells the equivalent item also. Yes, it works great for matching your servos. Unless you plan to use the inner and outer ailerons separately, in some bizarre way i can't envision, just use the Futaba syncrhonizer to join all 4 servos together to go to your aileron channel. You can also supply power to them separate from your receiver pack, if desired, to ease the load on your primary receiver pack.

once again, you are the man!....and AnnMarie.......you are the Woe-man, I like the idea of the extra battery pack to ease the load on the main pack thanks for your help.
Chuck I think me and you were reading the same thread. I had been readin some of the same stuff on the futaba MSA. I printed out the manual. I also got one ordered....Gator
