Default Radio Programming

I have a Futaba T6EX that I have been attempting to program so that I can use channels 1 and 6 to operate aileron servos. The owner's manual leaves a lot to be desired on this subject. Does anyone know if this can be done with the T6EX or if I am wasting my time? If it can be done, can someone give me step by step instructions on exactly how to do it. I realize I can use a Y harness to do this, but I would prefer using separate channels if possible.

Default RE: Radio Programming

Right aileron in 1, left aileron in 6.

Set the Tx to "Flaperon Mode" (and Airplane or ACRO, of course).

Then make sure the Flaperon mixing does not show INH (Inhibited) on the mixing screen.  It should show "ON".

Right aileron should go up with right stick movement.

Sub trim and end points are unique to each servo, but trim handles both.Same for dual rate and expo.
