McDaniels "Go Slow"

I read the PDF description of this electronic unit and wonder can it be used on my JR10x transmitter to control the speed of the flap servos. My JR 9303 has this option but the 10X does not.

If you have the airplane version of the 10X, code 24 is servo speed.
