Basically, the new Broadband over Power Line (BPL) looks to have the potential to walk all over 2-80MHz.

Of particular note of interest is some of the idot responses. A lot of them are basically saying, “So what if it interferes with other legitimate users of the radio spectrum”. Really brilliant!
