Default fubata 6 ex

hi
i have a fubata 6ex 2.4 and want to get a buddy box is there a buddy box that i can get too act like the main radio so i can switch to low rates? for the student? thanks

Best buddy aka slave TX is always the same as the master.
This permits indenticalset up id & operation, otherwise any other Futaba 7+ch TX.

ok so if i use a 4 channel fubata and set the master radio to low rates the slave radio will have low rates too ?

No. The four channel can not be set up the same as the 6EX, only the upper level TX can provide mixes etc.
Futaba Training FAQ



Several models of the 6EX exist, refer to your manual page 17 of the 6EX & page 20 of the 6EXAS



6EX TX, "Note: When the instructor initially depresses the trainer switch on his transmitter, there will be a one-second delay before the student takes control. In most situations this momentary delay will go unnoticed."
(much longer than any other known TX)
