I had something somewhat similar happen to my Futaba 8UAF as I flew the model and all was well, but after sitting idle for a few weeks I went to fly it again, only to find that all the servos had reversed. I simply switched them back to normal and the problem never occured again. If you are unable to switch them back to normal rotation maybe you should have your Tx and Rx checked/serviced.

Have you tried another Model Memory to see if the same thing happens? Sometimes, odd things can happen to one Model Memory but not to the other Model Memories.

Well that's about the scariest thing I've ever read. ALWAYS preflight!

It was scary, luckly preflight before every flight is a habit of mine, and the only thing that saved the model from going in the dust bin. Too often I see some fly, land and taxi back to the pit, park their model for awhile then gas up and fly again without the slightest check of anything apart for the throttle before taking off.
