Default Throttle issue with FS-GT2 and Turnigy ESC

Hey All,
I just got my FS-GT2 and am having issues with the throttle. Im using a brushed 380 with a Turnigy 30A ESC. When I power everything up the ESC gives me the beeping warning that the throttle isnt in the neutral position. It will give this warning indefinitely or until i change the throttle position from normal to reverse, at that point the motor will turn even though the trigger is in the neutral position( can flip it ack to to run the correct direction). I can reduce the speed it runs by powering up while the trim is set to the max and then turning it to the minimum, but even with this it will run at approx 25% throttle. It will only stop when I push the trigger forward(reverse).

Any advice on how to calibrate this at neutral?
