Default what reciever

I have a JR sx600,its ppm. I need help on what recievers are compatable.And if synthesized rec. such as corona brand are ok to use.I know some of this is personal prefrence . Any way I guess I need a crash course on recv. Any help will be appecciated.

JR FM rec. are "positive Shift" meaning any rx's made by JR, Airtronics(sanwa) and some from Hitec (ones that are made for JR or are auto-shift selectible will work. check the RCU market as lots of used 72 Mhz rx's are available really cheap, as are crystals.
