Default Futaba Futaba 3PMX Surface Radio Dual Rate Steering???

Been in the car hobby for over 10 years now! My cheap AM radios had an ajustment with a thumb switch. If running at high straight speeds if you pushed this thumb switch it would limmit the amount of steering throw! You could pre set 100% - 0% if you like. To prevent over steer. Even my Hitec 3D FM could provide this feature. I thought the dual rate steering on the Futaba 3PMX was the same? From what I have found it is just a quick steering end adjustment! or am I just missing something?
