Default Servo trouble

Hey,

I just got a 60 size sport aircraft. I installed JR standard servos and have a problem. For example, I move the elevator control stick around. When I let it recenter the servo makes a buzz like something is pushing against it. Ibelieve Ihooked them upright!!

Anysuggestions?Does this hurt them???

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are they digital?? is the horn screw the correct length and correct size? Digitals will make some noise. And also if your rx battery is low it also could cause this.. Let me know what you find..

also make sure nothing is binding in the linkage!! Like if you move the stick and it still makes a buzzing bump the surface if it stops it will most likely be a stiff or binding linkage!

This sounds like the problem. I noticed the control surfaces seemed a little hard to move. Anyway to make them move more freely??

Aha.Brand new CA hinges? Did you glue them yourself or were they installed? The hinges are likely just stiff.Take the linkage off and work the surface back and forth to the limits.Dont force them but bend them all the way over till they snugly stop.Back and forth back and forth.Should loosen them up a little after a dozen or so cycles.
