Default corona RS410 What transmitter??!?!?!

Hi everyone

I am new here and looking for some advice.

I have recently built a small park flier, and i have bought all the necessary electronics apart from the transmitter. The receiver I have is a Corona RS410(11) and I think this is a 72mhz receiver . I am however unsure of what transmitter I should be using for this. I have trawled google looking for the answers and found nothing. Again I am presuming I need a 72mhz transmitter in order for this receiver to work?<o></o>

Sorry for all the noobish questions, but this is my first attempt at rc aircraft. I am more used to rc cars! Even they have become more complicated from when I started! <o></o>

Any help you guys can give would be awesome!

Cheers Chris

If you live in the UK, then a 72mhz receiver wouldn't be allowed. Most people flying park flyers have migrated to 2.4ghz, since no other radio can interfere with your signal. There are several inexpensive 2.4ghz sets available that would do you just fine.

Not with that receiver. You'll need a receiver and transmitter of the same brand for them to work together on 2.4ghz.
