Default servoes

My question is, will it hurt to operate 4.8 servos at 6 volts.?

Thanks

Sorry to leave you with such a vague answer but in most cases yes.

Some servos are limited to 4.8 volts which means they can operate on a 4 cell NiCD/NiMH battery. If the servos are not labeled for 6 volts somewhere, then you'd best not be using anything other than the lower voltage.

Depends on the servo, what are you using.
