Default Futaba 7c Flaperons move at different speeds

Hi, I am trying to set up my flaperons and I cannot get them to move the same. One moves farther than the other. I've tried adjusting a lot of stuff but still can't seem to get it right!

It sounds like its probably related to geometry. When both surfaces are at center and your using a computer radio the simplest way to keep everything is even as possible side to side is to make sure the servo arms are both 90 degrees to direction of travel of the linkage.
Basic setup: With Tx/Rx powered up with sticks centered attach servo arms on the splines so they are both exactly 90degrees to the linkage rod. If you start with arms that have 2,4 or more arms try the different arms as they all have a slightly different offset to the splines. If you cant get them pretty much exact by turning them to different splines then you can use subtrim. You need to do this with the system powered so the servos are holding center with power.
Arms at 90 and surfaces centered by adjusting linkage length.
Not to sound dumb but are you also sure that the linkage clevis' are the same distance from servo shaft to clevis and surface to clevis from side to side? Servos are matched?

Everything checks out. My mistake on the endpoints. Flaperons and air brakes work great now!
